Parties at the FEC

We allow guests to bring in cakes, cupcakes, cookies and ice cream for parties. We can provide food and drinks from our Burgh House menu if wanted. The birthday party packages include pizza and drinks.

A Boutique party is on the 8 Boutique bowling lanes only. A Party Room is a separate room with round tables and chairs for guests as well as a couple longer tables for food, cakes or gifts. They are completely separate spaces. A party room is included with Championship & Strike birthday party packages and can be added to all other packages for an hourly fee.

No, bowling lanes for any of the birthday or corporate party packages are scheduled on normal lanes. Occasionally, parties may be moved to the Boutique lanes if they are coincidentally open at that time, but the Boutique party benefits do not carry over and those lanes are never guaranteed. Corporate parties can be upgraded to the Boutique lanes for an additional fee.

Boutique parties are held on the 8 Boutique lanes making it more of a private event for your group. A minimum of 25 guests are required to book this type of event. A Boutique party includes your choice of a bartender or a party host at no additional charge. Food and drinks are not included but can be purchased at additional charge. The only type of party package offered that is guaranteed to be on the Boutique lanes is a Boutique party. Corporate parties have the option of upgrading to the Boutique for an additional charge.

We do provide plates, napkins and utensils for the pizza and cake if you like. Again, if you want a certain theme for these items, you must provide them yourself.

*We allow you to bring in your own cake/ cupcakes. We can also put any ice cream or ice cream cakes into our walk-in freezer if needed.

Parties with a party room included:

• Balloons that are weighted down are allowed in party room.
• Please do not tape anything onto the walls directly as the tape damages our wall treatment. We do allow you to tape items to the glass windows.
• No confetti type decorations at all please.
• The tables have black cloth table clothes already provided if you like. If you are wanting a themed party, you will need to bring that in yourself.

Parties by the lanes:

• No confetti type decorations at all please.
• No balloons by the bowling lanes at all as we have had “balloon incidents” in the past.
• Table decorations on the table between the lanes as well as the counter behind your lanes are fine.

Please check in at the bowling counter and you will be directed to your party location.

We typically reserve one lane per every 6 bowlers. (Boutique parties have 8 lanes)

Yes, every person participating in a party counts.
