Refunds must be requested from the Showplace location that the tickets are bought for. They have to be requested BEFORE the movie date and time on the ticket occurs.

NO REFUNDS can be given after a movie plays. To request a refund you can call the location directly or visit the box office at the location.

PLEASE NOTE with online ticket purchases the online transaction fee cannot be refunded, only the price of the ticket.
